Refund policy

The refund policy of 9 S K I N does not apply unless under specific circumstances:
When products are bought directly from the 9 S K I N website and are either incorrectly sent or defective.

In such cases, customers must inform 9 S K I N within 14 days for incorrectly sent products or within 7 days for defective products from the purchase date. If exchanging the product is not possible, 9 S K I N may provide a credit equivalent to the exchanged product's value, which can be used for purchasing other products.
